Create a Star Rating Question
A Star Rating Question is a type of survey question that allows respondents to provide feedback by selecting a rating using a set of stars. This question format is commonly used in surveys and feedback forms to gauge respondents' satisfaction, preferences, or opinions on a scale.
The rating scale in Star Rating Questions can vary in granularity, ranging from a few stars to a larger number of stars (up to 10-star rating scale). The number of stars determines the precision of the rating scale.
Step 1 : From the survey builder, select Star Rating question
Step 2 : Enter the question details and options
- Enter the question text
- Choose the number of stars to be used for evaluation (Default 5)
- Select whether the answer is required or optional
- You can add "Comment" box (Optional). Comment box is a text entry field allows respondents to provide additional comments, explanations, or elaborations related to their answer.

Step 3 : Click on "Add Choices" button if you would like to evaluate more than one item (Optional)
