Create an Essay Question
Unlike closed-ended questions that offer predefined response options, essay questions prompt respondents to formulate their own answers in their own words.
Respondents are expected to provide detailed and comprehensive responses that address the question thoroughly. This may involve providing comments, feedback, explaining concepts, providing examples, offering arguments, or analyzing information.
Step 1 : From the survey builder, select Essay question
Step 2 : Enter the question details and options
- Enter the question text
- Enter the question hint (Optional)
- Select whether the answer is required or optional
- You can write your own validation messages (Optional)
Step 3 : Click "Save" button
